Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of hudsonbutchersupply.com and the Hudson Butcher Supply text messaging program. By using the website or enrolling in our text program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or enroll in text messages.
1. Website use

Program description
Hudson Butcher Supply Alerts is a recurring text messaging program. Messages may include quote and customer-service communications, order confirmations and status, pickup and delivery coordination, invoices and payment reminders, and occasional sales, product, or service promotions.
How to enroll and consent
You may consent to informational texts by requesting text communication, providing your mobile number for that purpose, or giving Hudson permission in person or by telephone. Verbal consent to informational texts does not authorize promotional texts.
Promotional texts require separate written or electronic consent. When you provide that consent, you expressly authorize recurring informational and promotional text messages from Hudson Butcher Supply at the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology where permitted. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your requests, orders, and account activity. Promotional messages are occasional. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Hudson does not charge a separate fee for the program.
Opting out
Reply STOP to cancel. We also honor clear opt-out requests using words such as QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE, and other reasonable methods that clearly communicate your request. After opting out, you may receive one final non-promotional confirmation message. Your opt-out does not prevent essential non-automated communications when legally permitted, but you may ask us to stop those as well.
